if someone is obese, obviously they can afford to lose more than 2lbs a week, but if you're someone who is at a moderate weight and you are trying to cut down and retain as much muscle as possible.. losing 2lbs or less in a week is ideal as to minimize muscle loss.. but ultimately, some muscle loss is unavoidable in a caloric deficiency.

and technically, i am obese. @ 325, i will drop a lot quickly, just like last time except maybe faster, more muscle this time.
my goal is 225. i look damn good at 225.
