as for me, i'd rather be fat than skinny.. because i look like a cancer patient when i am skinny.

Ive never been skinny, I figure its worth a shot. Plus as I've said before, I don't think its possible for me to actually be skinny, but yeah.

when i started my whole journey of getting into weight lifting i went from 210 down to 155 and i looked like a corpse. everyone i knew was like dude, you look sick.. but like you, my goal was to get down first and then build muscle because i had none to speak of. now i weigh 205 and i look absolutely nothing like i did when i was 210, it's night and day.

and technically, i am obese. @ 325, i will drop a lot quickly, just like last time except maybe faster, more muscle this time.

my goal is 225. i look damn good at 225.

its only 345 but thats olympic style. since i started getting into the more powerlifting style i've been focusing all on form and just sticking with 225, going mostly on the box. next time out or pretty soon i want to ramp up and see what i can do.

I've noticed a big improvement in cardio as of late, I could barely do 7 minutes when I started earlier this week and I'm up to half an hour on the elliptical machine now. Now I just gotta get swoll with it and just really get into strength training.

No belt, no wraps, walking the weight out, drug free at 225, I squatted five hundred all the time.

Two years later, I weight 255, i can barely walk 550 out half the time, and I can squat 515, off a box in a monolift. It is complete and utter bullshit and there is no reason i'm not hitting 650 right now
