i've been squatting in a monolift for a month, and my walkouts and full squats in a rack are so weak i'm thinking of killing myself

i only squat using the monolift like once a month... mainly because i have to drive over a 100 miles to use it. learning how to properly walkout was one of the hardest things i had to learn when it came to squatting.

Since starting training for the mudder and possible half marathons, I've not dropped much in the weight department but the fat is coming off which is more important anyway.

I haven't been as strict with the tracking of my food as I was when I dropped the initial 16 lbs from using it. I should probably get back on that. I mean I have plenty of time to get to my goal weight before April but being ahead of schedule is always a plus. It's much easier for me to maintain than lose.

Doing a 5k/Mud Run think late summer/early fall, so I'm going to start doing a little running.

I want to burn 200 calories in 10 mins or less. I don't want to run right now though it's dark outside and I don't have any reflective clothing. Whats a good work out that will help me achieve this?

For a week I've really paid attention to my calorie intake, working out, and being healthy in general. I've gained almost two pounds. I know it's most likely muscle, but it's a bit dissapointing. I was hoping to lose a few not gain. Any suggestions?

I eat 1200 cals a day
I only drink water
I run one mile
Run on a tread climber for 30 mins,
And do 75 to 100 pushups and crunches.

you're not putting on any muscle whatsoever eating 1200 calories.

you need to figure out how many calories you should be eating based on your height and weight, and drop it by around 500. if you stick with that, you should lose around a pound or two a week. the more weight you drop you will need to recalculate your caloric needs.

if you eat too little for extended periods of time your body can react negatively and go into starvation mode.

this can give you an estimate of how many you need for maintenance.

I started a workout routine the other week to begin my trek of losing 47 lbs. I've lost 3 already.

100lbs that's a lot. Good luck man. I wish I had that much motivation to get hyped about losing 10 lbs.
