because neither of those players are in the lineup for their offense. any first basemen in the league could have done the job as good as howard just did it.

This is because a large percentage of phillies fans are bandwagon fans.

I'm confused on how shifting your attentions from a team that gets eliminated to a team who's season is just starting is abandoning the team. There is no team to abandon, the season is over.
