yelawolf - should have been on last years cover
mac miller - i like some of his stuff, i think he deserves to be there. whether you are into him or not he has been putting out consecutive releases improving in quality and has done songs with wiz,
termanology, smoke dza and a bunch of others. he tours and does a good amount of shows, he is going to blow.
lil b - i dont understand people like legit listen to this. but for one reason or another (because he is literally insane) he is huge online with people who a) are into him for novelty value b) say they are into it and defend him but dont actually listen to because it sucks but since people seem to like it they also "get it"
cyhi da prince - caught national attention with his bet cypher. signed to kanye's g.o.o.d. music. two pretty good mixtapes in 2010, royal flush and something else i cant think of. was on yela's "i wish remix". you will be seeing alot more for him soon.
big k.r.i.t. - pretty big in the underground. i dont know much about him but i like what ive heard, i got a bunch of songs he is featured on but thats about it.
diggy - is going to get huge very soon. put out a really surprisingly killer mixtape and has done a bunch of features. he will always have good production and good producers working with him with is a major plus. thats not to take anything away from him because the kid can rhyme.
meek mill - has been steadily growing the past few years with some fire mixtapes and working with some big names. rick ross just signed him and put him on a bunch of his new songs. from philly so you guy love em.
fred the godson - seen and heard the name a bunch but didnt check him out until a few days ago. dont know much.
kendrick lamar - his o.d. mixtape last year was hot. got a different voice and flow that makes him stand out from the pack of west coasters. dr. dre co-signed him and is working with him on his album and the elusive detox. another name you are bound to hear more from.
lil twist - no idea
yg - seen the name a few times, no idea
