How do you find your motivation and drive to workout every day for at least an hour or more?

I make myself go during my lunch break, it isn't a lot of time only an hour, but it is better than not going.

At this point it's minor OCD/routine for me. At first I cheated and used a supplement that gives you a boost and keeps you dialed in and focused.

I'm really working on getting back the drive that i had a few years ago. When Dianna and I moved in together my routine took a shit. It's mostly my fault because I find it easier to just chill than get up and go to the gym. When we didn't live together I would just do my own thing since we didn't want to drive to eachother every day and i could just come over after the gym.

I used to put in 6 days a week between MMA and Lifting. I used to do 2-3 classes in a night at the MMA school and now i'm down to one a night if i even bother going. My time at Bally's was definitely longer too mostly because i was putting in quite a bit more time with my cardio. Now i seem to find some excuse why i need to leave the gym at a certain time.

This week I started doing the multiple classes in one night at the MMA school and i tried to put in a good amount of time last night at Bally's but my body gave out, which i guess is a good thing that i pushed myself to the point of exhaustion but i'm sad that my cardio, while still pretty good, isn't near what it was a year ago.

Set goals. Even if it's something small and retarded it makes a difference. I've never trained harder than I did when I was gearing up for a competition.

Watch Rocky IV.
