These are only the bigger titles i noticed. There are obviously more films than this being released next year.

I thought they promised to stop at saw VI.

No just before VI started production (while filming that stupid reality show for it) the announced that it would go to an 8th film. Tobin Bell will more than likely not be involved in the next two films, or so he said at the time of the last one being filmed. If the Jigsaw character is in the film, its because they are using previous footage.

It's a low budget Zombie comedy that has social commentary in vain of George Romero's earlier work but more focused in the direction of politics. It's getting great reviews from the film fests it's played at so far.

The Crazies looks promising.

cabin fever was the worst movie ever

I wasn't a fan of the first but there are alot of people that loved it.

Eli Roth is only serving as Executive Producer and will have no creative input in this film so i can't see it being even remotely as good (that level depends with each person) as the first.

and saw just needs to die after 4 lost interest

Saw really could have ended after the first one. At the most it should have ended with 3.
